Coty faces a lawsuit from DB Ventures, the company behind former ‌football star David Beckham’s eponymous fragrance. The lawsuit claims flagrant material breaches of the license agreement.

Estee Lauder announced plans to eliminate 9,000 to 10,000 positions as part of its restructuring. This is an increase from the original estimate of 5,800 to 7,000.

Sol de Janeiro introduced new Body Badalada lotions. Three new formulas offer a variety of hydration levels, fan-favorite scents, colorful packaging, and are available as minis.

The Estée Lauder Companies reported its financial results for the third quarter ended March 31, 2026. As reported in Q3, net sales increased 5% to $3.7 billion. Organic net sales increased by 2%. The execution of ELC’s Beauty Reimagined plan is also on track, with PRGP ahead of expectations.

Huda Beauty launches Easy Bake Intense Eau de Parfum, marking a bold new chapter for the brand and its founder, Huda Kattan. The debut fragrance is inspired by the best-selling powder of the same name and comes in a frosted bottle.
